13 Mar Going for Gingham
Gingham – a classic for spring and summer – is one of those patterns that’s pretty reliably wonderful for petite proportions, with its smaller-scaled boxes of colors from its criss-crossed colors. I love the look of gingham, especially for warm weather.
Although I wish Anthropologie made this sweet knit top in petite sizing in the alternative color option of pink and red, too, I think this black and white version is equally pretty, and would pair so nicely with any solid color on the bottom for a very fresh look.
This is about as large as I’ll go with a gingham pattern. The purples are divine on this linen tunic.
An easy wearing casual shift dress, with delicate weaving and a crochet hem to up its already feminine vibe without going in the ruffly-frilly direction.
A ready for play blazer. Pop this navy and cream beauty over a tee and jeans and you’re all set for for dinner and a movie.
Such a fun and poppy gingham button-down, in J Crew’s flattering and easy to wear boyfriend cut.
